Refund and Returns Policy

Try-On Policy
When your order arrives, our delivery driver will wait while you try on the item before you pay.

•	If you're happy with it: Pay for the product + the $5 delivery fee. Sale complete.
•	If you change your mind or it's not what you expected: Simply hand the item back to the driver and pay only the $5 delivery fee. No refund process, no hassle.

Exchanges
We’re always happy to exchange your item for a different size or color, free of extra delivery charges on the first exchange, as long as the request is made within 24 hours of delivery. Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition/packaging.

Returns
Since payment only happens after you’ve tried the item on and approved it, standard “returns after purchase” don’t apply — approval happens at your doorstep. If, after keeping the item, you find an issue (defect, wrong item sent, etc.), contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we’ll arrange an exchange or resolution.

سياسة الاستبدال والإرجاع

سياسة التجربة قبل الدفع
عند وصول طلبك، سينتظر مندوب التوصيل ريثما تقوم بتجربة القطعة قبل الدفع.

•	إذا أعجبتك القطعة: ادفع سعر المنتج + رسوم التوصيل (5$). وتتم عملية الشراء.
•	إذا غيّرت رأيك أو لم تعجبك القطعة: فقط أعد القطعة للمندوب وادفع رسوم التوصيل فقط (5$). دون أي إجراءات إضافية.

الاستبدال
يسعدنا دائمًا استبدال القطعة بمقاس أو لون آخر، دون أي رسوم توصيل إضافية على أول عملية استبدال، بشرط أن يتم الطلب خلال 24 ساعة من التوصيل. يجب أن تكون القطعة مستعملة وغير مغسولة وبحالتها وتغليفها الأصلي.

الإرجاع
بما أن الدفع يتم فقط بعد تجربة القطعة والموافقة عليها، فإن سياسة “الإرجاع بعد الشراء” التقليدية لا تنطبق هنا — الموافقة تتم عند الباب. في حال وجدت مشكلة بعد الاحتفاظ بالقطعة (عيب في التصنيع، خطأ بالمنتج المرسل، إلخ)، تواصل معنا خلال 24 ساعة من التوصيل وسنقوم بترتيب الاستبدال أو الحل المناسب.

كيفية طلب الاستبدال
راسلنا عبر [إنستغرام:@velorixwear.lb/واتساب:76898983— أدخل الحساب] خلال 24 ساعة مع ذكر رقم الطلب والمقاس أو اللون المطلوب بدلاً منه.y consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
